Via provides services to children and adults with disabilities, from birth through retirement. Our staff is ready to assist participants and their families with identifying funding sources, selecting appropriate activities to best serve the individual’s needs, and developing and implementing comprehensive Individual Service Plans. Attentive follow-up ensures that participants are receiving ongoing quality services and that changing needs are met.
