Work is a typical adult responsibility and everyone should have the opportunity to contribute to the employed community. People with disabilities want what most people want — a job with real wages in our community.

Via focuses on a person’s abilities and provides support needed for success. Employing someone from Via means more than workforce diversification - the partnerships Via establishes in the business community are having a positive impact on the way the public perceives people with disabilities.

Via Community Employment
Via provides job development, job coaching and follow-along support to adults with disabilities so they can work in the community. This service is available to any adult who is motivated to work for wages in a competitive job. Via focuses on career planning and helps adults with disabilities as they move into the workforce.

Via Student Work Experience
This innovative, paid work based learning experience is for students with disabilities age 14 to 21 that is provided at no cost to students and families. Via supports students in preparation, attainment and retention of competitive employment in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon and Monroe counties.

Via School-to-Work Transition Services
Via works with students in partnership with school districts to create a personalized plan for young adults preparing for the next step after high school - employment. Customized programming for students ranging in age from 14 to 21, provides each student opportunities to explore careers of interest with expert guidance from Via staff.

Via Transitional Employment
Business throughout the Lehigh Valley are turning to adults with disabilities to strengthen their labor force. Via Transitional Employment teams work onsite at local companies and provide contract services for Lehigh Valley employers. Via welcomes the opportunity to match our workforce with your company’s production and employment needs.

Via Pre-Vocational Workshop - providing Business & Industrial Services
Specializing in contract packaging and assembly work, Via provides consistent high-quality work for businesses. Our work includes specialty and promotional packaging, display assembly, and small parts assembly. Via offers a safe and productive environment where individuals work on a variety of projects, improve independence and enhance work skills.
